Data & AI Recruitment Consultant (London)

About the role

SThree is seeking an experienced Data & AI Recruitment Consultant to join its London team. Working from a hybrid Bishopsgate office, you will own a revenue‑generating contract desk focused on the fast‑growing Data and AI market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand an existing contract desk with active revenue streams.
• Build and nurture client relationships across London’s Data & AI ecosystem.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment, from business development to placement.
• Provide market insight to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Develop a strong network of specialist contractors in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI and Cloud platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting for Data or AI roles.
• Comfortable operating a 360‑day desk with a strong business‑development focus.
• Motivated by ownership, autonomy and high earning potential.
• Passionate about becoming a market specialist.
