Data & AI Senior Product Specialist

About the role

Mastercard’s Vocalink division is seeking a Data & AI Senior Product Specialist to drive innovative, data‑led and AI‑driven solutions across the UK payments ecosystem. You will shape product strategy, identify high‑value opportunities, and bring new services from concept to commercial launch.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the Data & Insights strategy, guiding ideas through launch, scaling and commercialization.
• Identify and prioritize AI‑enabled opportunities such as LLMs, Generative AI, real‑time trend monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams to define product roadmaps and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Develop compelling product propositions that address customer pain points and generate new revenue streams.
• Oversee early‑warning systems, alerts, and self‑service Business Intelligence tools for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management for data‑intensive or AI‑focused services.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and its regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data insights into marketable products.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
