Data Analyst – Business Performance & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join the Business Performance and Analytics team of a well‑established organisation in Newcastle. In this hybrid role you will turn complex data sets into clear insights that support strategic decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Produce reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions using data from multiple sources.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Support data modelling, statistical analysis and data‑quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational teams and ICT to develop reporting solutions.
• Present findings in a clear, actionable format for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboard creation.
