About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a leading investment platform’s analytics team in Manchester. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office, and focuses on delivering actionable insights that drive commercial decisions and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand data needs.
Analyse data and produce insights that support commercial decision‑making.
Identify opportunities to improve performance through data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate data into business value.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Required skills

SQL
Python
AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude and Codex
Google Analytics
Power BI (nice to have)

What we offer

Salary range £45,000–£60,000, dependent on experience.
Hybrid working model (3 days onsite in Manchester).
