Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the IT Manager and the wider business as we prepare for a large data migration project and improve the use of customer data. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and help shape our data‑driven strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of a major data migration, including early‑stage Salesforce integration.
• Develop reports and interactive dashboards using SQL, Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
• Maintain data quality and governance standards across key business systems.
• Drive process automation by designing and implementing workflows.
• Administer SharePoint sites, including structure, permissions and troubleshooting.
• Support the ongoing stability, performance and development of business systems.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel expertise (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge IT, data teams and business users.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and produce clear, insightful reports.
