Data Analyst

About the role

Skanska UK is seeking a Data Analyst to join the team working on the Lower Thames Crossing project. You will turn raw data into actionable insights that help improve performance, support strategic decisions, and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Create clear, engaging dashboards, reports and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and analytical solutions.
• Maintain data quality, accuracy, consistency and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects and business partners to source, transform and present data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a data analyst in a commercial or operational environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Advanced proficiency with BI and visualisation tools.
• Experience handling large datasets and working with cross‑functional teams.
