About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to monitor product functionality and provide data‑driven insights across Chip’s operations. Working closely with Operations, Compliance and Financial Crime teams, you will help shape product development and improve customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse data using SQL and create extracts, dashboards and reports for all business areas.
- Develop, optimise and execute daily operational process controls.
- Monitor internal and third‑party functionality and deliver regular operational tasks accurately.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve data‑related issues.
- Automate recurring management information and streamline processes with SQL and Python.
- Support the wider business in delivering the best possible customer experience.
Required profile
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and drive efficiency.
- Attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
