Data Analyst – Market Intelligence

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join Barbour ABI, the construction market intelligence arm of Infopro Digital. The role will support the Head of Client Analytics, delivering data‑driven insights for a range of consultancy clients across the UK built environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify and integrate data from Barbour ABI project databases, company portfolios, client feeds and external sources such as government statistics.
• Build and maintain detailed market profiles at product, sector and regional levels.
• Produce reports, dashboards and data sets that translate complex data into clear business narratives.
• Ensure data quality, adhere to transfer protocols and manage regular update cycles.
• Collaborate with research teams on qualitative and quantitative projects, including surveys and focus groups.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large, multi‑source datasets.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to clients.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with three days per week onsite at the Cheshire Oaks Business Park.
