Data Analyst – Marketing & Sales Insights

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst to turn large volumes of sales and marketing data into actionable insights. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimise acquisition and retention channels, supporting a fast‑growing telecom business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse 30,000 new sales opportunities and 90,000 monthly telephone calls to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead efficiency, marketing, sales and cancellation analysis and reporting for senior management.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, delivering clear, action‑focused insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence the marketing and sales agenda through data analytics.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines and dashboards across online and offline touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Data Analyst.
• Assertive, self‑starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo DBS checks.
