Data Analyst – Power BI & SQL

About the role

ARNE is seeking a Data Analyst to deliver accurate, reliable data that drives informed decision‑making across the business. You will work closely with finance, marketing and product teams to build a self‑serve reporting platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and write SQL queries for daily, weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc insights.
• Automate reporting suites to enable self‑service data access for all departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data requirements and design efficient reporting solutions.
• Support the Analytics Engineer by monitoring data pipelines, cleansing and validating data.
• Ensure data integrity, security and reliability across all systems.
• Partner with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to build financial models, forecasts and streamline month‑end processes.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests and act as the point of contact for data‑related issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced fashion, retail or DTC e‑commerce environment.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a structured, analytical mindset.
