Data Analyst - Risk Data Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Risk Data Office within Lloyds Banking Group. The role sits at the centre of change delivery across the Risk function, helping the bank build trusted, well‑managed data that underpins risk management and innovation. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with risk, change and technology teams to ensure data impacts are identified and controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Data Side of Change (DSOC) process across the Risk function.
• Guide change teams through data governance requirements and assess compliance risks.
• Produce management information and reporting for data forums and risk committees.
• Partner with Risk, Change and Technology colleagues to understand and manage data impacts of new products, processes and platforms.
• Assist in defining data ownership, quality, lineage, approved sources and controls.
