Data Analyst – Wealth Management (Associate)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Data Analyst to turn complex wealth‑management data into actionable insights. You will work across legacy and modern platforms, craft SQL queries, and build self‑service Tableau dashboards while collaborating in Agile squads.

Key responsibilities

• Query legacy and modern data platforms (including Databricks) using T‑SQL and SQL to support portfolio, product and distribution decisions.
• Design and maintain intuitive Tableau dashboards that translate business requirements into visual stories.
• Enhance analytics infrastructure, recommend new data sources and structure datasets for strategic use.
• Identify manual processes, propose automation, and reduce operational risk.
• Ensure data quality, documentation and compliance with internal controls, DevOps and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, conduct peer reviews and mentor junior analysts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within wealth management or financial services.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• SQL (MS SQL Server or equivalent) and T‑SQL.
• Tableau (or comparable data‑visualisation tool).
• Experience handling large data sets and creating clear visual narratives.
• Python (nice‑to‑have) and familiarity with cloud‑based databases or AI tooling.
• Agile methodology experience.
