Data Associate (Clinical Data Management)

About the role
hVIVO is seeking a Data Associate to join its London team on a permanent basis. You will work within the clinical data management function, supporting the delivery of human challenge studies that aim to improve treatment of common viral illnesses.
Key responsibilities
- Support Project Data Managers with document creation, quality‑control review and study filing.
- Enter study data into clinical data management systems under supervision and perform self‑checks and formal QC on entries.
- Reconcile data, manage queries and report status to the Project Data Manager.
- Maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems, collate and distribute accurate data to relevant parties.
- Assist in the timely resolution of data queries and contribute to the generation and review of study documents.
- Assemble source casebooks for delivery to sites.
Required profile
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of ICH‑GCP and related regulations.
- Experience with clinical eSource collection systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in data handling within a controlled, structured environment.
