Data Business Analyst – Identity Governance (Contract)

About the role

This contract role supports an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) transformation by improving data quality across HR, identity and directory platforms. You will work closely with business and operations teams to turn inconsistent data feeds into clear, actionable requirements that enable reliable access provisioning and role assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document data quality issues affecting the identity governance platform.
• Design and drive data remediation and cleansing activities across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data problems into business requirements.
• Facilitate remediation workshops with different business units.
• Support downstream systems such as Active Directory with accurate data inputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business or Data Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with data quality, data remediation or data governance projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working with identity, access management or directory solutions.
• Familiarity with HR or workforce data sources.
