Data Cleansing Analyst (3-Month Fixed-Term)

About the role

Rise10 Recruitment is partnering with a growing organisation to hire a Data Cleansing Analyst on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract. You will play a key role in a business‑critical data improvement project, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of data across core systems, primarily NetSuite.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyse and cleanse operational and master data within NetSuite and related systems.
• Standardise and validate large data sets to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete or inaccurate records.
• Maintain data hierarchies, including parent‑child account structures.
• Support data import, export, mapping and migration activities.
• Validate data across multiple sources to ensure completeness and integrity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve data quality issues.
• Document cleansing activities and maintain audit records.
• Recommend improvements to data quality processes and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience using NetSuite (essential).
• Previous experience in data cleansing, master data or operational data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and data validation.
• Experience working with large data sets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
