Data Control Analyst – Hybrid (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

As a Data Control Analyst you will be at the centre of our operations, ensuring that static data is entered accurately and daily team tasks are completed on time. The position is based in London with a hybrid working model and runs for a 12‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer registration, account details and related tasks in internal systems.
• Monitor incoming Swift messages and update settlement systems promptly.
• Collaborate with Collateral Management, Treasury and other teams to manage data effectively.
• Identify, investigate and resolve data quality issues.
• Create and update desktop procedures in line with operational guidelines.
• Perform validation checks, manage queries and support system enhancements.
• Participate in working‑group meetings and engage with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with the ability to process information quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in data analysis.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and able to work collaboratively.
• A‑Level education preferred.
