Data Coordinator – Manufacturing (Process Lead)

About the role

The Process Lead (known internally as Data Coordinator) is responsible for managing the Daily Management System (DMS) on a manufacturing line. You will use structured problem‑solving techniques to support employee development, recommend actions to prevent losses, and work closely with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS for production lines, driving performance and efficiency.
• Identify equipment and process gaps through health checks, data analysis and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Equipment Owners, Line Leads and site teams to share knowledge, coach best practices and build operational capability.
• Eliminate machine losses, optimise changeover procedures and enhance daily line performance.
• Analyse machine data, implement countermeasures and continuously evolve data capture and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Experience with Daily Management System (DMS) processes.
• Proven ability to apply structured problem‑solving techniques.
• Strong collaboration skills with line and maintenance leadership.
