Data Engineer, Analyst & Scientist roles – up to £100k in Newcastle

About the role

We are partnering with several fast‑growing organisations in Newcastle upon Tyne that are expanding their Data, AI and Technology functions. Opportunities are available across Data Engineering, Data Analytics and Data Science, from junior to senior and lead levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable cloud‑based data platforms.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Work with Azure services, SQL, Databricks and Python.
• Orchestrate workflows using Airflow.
• Apply machine‑learning and AI techniques to solve business problems.
• Support data‑driven decision making through analytics and insights.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, data scientists and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience with data engineering, analytics or data science in a cloud environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑impact projects and improve data quality, governance and performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
