Data Engineer – Hybrid (South Darenth, Kent)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join Brigade Electronics’ IT team in South Darenth, Kent. The role will focus on building and maintaining our data platform, integrating multiple business systems and supporting reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Create and optimise SQL databases and data models.
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, telematics and other sources.
• Support Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Monitor and ensure data quality, security and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a data engineering role.
• Strong SQL and database development expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience working with APIs and data integrations.
• Good understanding of data‑warehousing principles and Power BI.
