Data Engineer – Value & Analytics

About the role

Join a leading international organisation focused on education and cultural relations as a Data Engineer in the Value & Analytics function. You will work with product, research, marketing and operations teams to turn data into actionable insights that improve digital products and services for learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain performance measurement frameworks aligned with product strategy and user needs.
• Define, track and report KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, satisfaction, service performance and revenue.
• Collect, combine and analyse data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics 4, to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Create accessible dashboards, reports and visualisations for self‑service monitoring.
• Produce clear performance updates, presentations and evidence‑based recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, documentation and compliance with privacy and governance standards.

Required profile

• Mid‑level data and analytics professional with strong quantitative skills.
• Experience building dashboards and communicating findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to combine quantitative data with qualitative insights to form a complete view of customer needs.
