Data Entry Administrator (Temporary Contract)

About the role
We are supporting a growing retail business and need a Data Entry Administrator on a short‑term contract to ensure that all business data is captured accurately and kept up‑to‑date. The role is office‑based in Bermondsey, London and starts as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately within internal systems, primarily NetSuite.
- Maintain and organise records, ensuring consistency across the platform.
- Review data for errors, identify discrepancies and correct them.
- Support day‑to‑day administrative processes and system maintenance.
- Provide ad‑hoc data and administrative assistance to internal teams.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Required profile
- Previous experience using NetSuite (essential).
- Strong data‑entry and administrative background.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle large volumes of data.
- Proactive and reliable, able to start immediately.
