About the role
Charity Recruitment is seeking a Data Entry Assistant to support a well‑known international charity based in Camberwell, London. This is a three‑month, full‑time temporary contract with an immediate start, working on‑site in the office every day.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in the organisation’s database.
- Process large volumes of documents efficiently.
- Create, maintain and update electronic records.
- Carry out data validation to ensure information accuracy.
- Generate reports and assist with record management.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data‑protection procedures.
Required profile
- Previous data entry or administrative experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
- Database software
What we offer
- £13‑£14 per hour (visible salary).
- Fixed‑term contract for three months.
