About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Expert to support a leading financial services organisation on a major HR transformation programme. The role is based in Milton Keynes and requires a hands‑on professional who can start immediately and work on‑site two days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end data migration activities, including data modelling, source‑to‑target mapping and extraction.
- Perform data transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and production data loads.
- Manage mock migrations, resolve defects and conduct post‑load verification.
- Support data retention planning, legacy system de‑commissioning and obtain business sign‑off.
Required profile
- Proven experience migrating HR data from legacy systems into SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and migration best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Available to start immediately and commit to a contract running until year‑end.
