Data & Product Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Data & Product Administrator to join a reputable Bath‑based business. You will be responsible for maintaining product and pricing information, supporting multiple teams and ensuring data accuracy across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update master data files for various product categories and brands.
• Manage pricing and product information within internal business systems.
• Support the implementation of pricing updates and amendments.
• Maintain data in CRM and product information management platforms.
• Process customer term changes, promotional requests and order amendments.
• Generate reports and data extracts for business analysis.
• Create and update order forms, product displays and proposal documentation.
• Respond to internal support requests via ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, customer service and operations teams.

Required profile

• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Previous role in data administration, product administration, pricing, reporting or analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and data validation.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex spreadsheets.
• Strong IT literacy across the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
