Data & Reporting Analyst – PowerBI

About the role

We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst with a passion for Power BI to turn raw retail data into actionable commercial insights. The role sits in the Data & Insights team at REL Field Marketing (Smollan) and supports the company’s biggest consumer‑goods brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visualisations that communicate complex data clearly.
• Identify and implement process‑automation opportunities to reduce manual data handling.
• Mine and analyse large sales and field‑marketing datasets, delivering actionable recommendations to management.
• Develop, analyse and report on field surveys, presenting key performance indicators.
• Support data‑governance activities, ensuring data integrity and robust reporting processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data or Reporting Analyst, preferably within FMCG, retail or field‑marketing environments.
• Strong logical and numerical aptitude with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
