Data Science AI Engineer – RAG Chatbot & LangGraph

About the role

We are looking for a Data Science AI Engineer to design and deploy RAG‑based chatbots and agentic AI solutions. You will work in a hybrid setting in London, collaborating with product managers, engineers and data scientists to bring AI‑driven automation to our global SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy chatbots, MCP servers and agentic models for our SaaS products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to productionise models and data pipelines.
• Contribute clean, well‑documented code to GitHub‑based workflows and participate in peer reviews.
• Validate model performance, ensuring high standards for data and model accuracy.
• Communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience building chatbots powered by Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with LangGraph for agentic frameworks.
• Strong background working with large, real‑world datasets.
• Ability to write clean Python code and explain design decisions.
