Data Scientist – Analytics Business Consulting

About the role

Veeva is expanding its EU Analytics practice to help Life Sciences customers accelerate treatments to patients. As a Data Scientist you will design and scale advanced analytics solutions, integrate Veeva Data Cloud with European healthcare data, and translate technical models into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype and scale advanced analytics solutions for Life Sciences customers across European markets.
• Process, harmonise and connect Veeva Data Cloud products with diverse European healthcare data assets.
• Develop statistical, machine‑learning and AI models to answer high‑impact commercial and strategic questions.
• Build precision engagement engines that combine healthcare datasets with CRM information for personalised targeting.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, consultants and operations to deliver end‑to‑end analytical solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics or machine learning, preferably in Life Sciences or healthcare.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to write process documentation, technical specifications and data‑collection guidelines.
• Experience delivering SaaS or tech‑enabled consulting solutions is a plus.
