Data Shipping Specialist – Industrial & Manufacturing

About the role

This temporary position is based in Burgess Hill and focuses on managing the flow of data within an industrial and manufacturing environment. You will ensure that data moves accurately, securely, and on schedule across multiple systems and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the distribution and shipment of data across internal systems and external partners.
• Guarantee that data transfers comply with security protocols and accuracy standards.
• Maintain organised records of all data transactions and shipments.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues or errors in data processing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data shipping with operational needs.
• Adhere to industry standards and company policies for data handling.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on data shipping timelines.
