Data & Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Data & Software Engineer to join a growing Technology & Data team. You will work on internal tools, automation, and scalable systems that support core business operations, helping to shape how technology is built as the function expands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain internal applications, APIs and workflow automation.
• Build and optimise cloud‑agnostic infrastructure and production‑grade services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions and help define best practices for internal tooling.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Python development.
• Proven ability to work with APIs and production systems.
• Interest in building reliable, scalable software in a fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to work three days per week in the London office.
