Day Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a Day Concierge to be the primary point of contact for residents, guests, contractors, and clients in our 56‑unit residential development in Camden Town. You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure building security, and support day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and answer enquiries by phone or at the desk.
• Assist residents, guests, and visitors as needed.
• Maintain building security, monitor CCTV, and manage car‑parking facilities.
• Conduct regular patrols, report faults or security breaches, and handle emergencies.
• Issue and record keys, manage deliveries, and oversee parcel handling.
• Communicate with leaseholders and managing agents in a courteous manner.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a similar concierge role.
• Proven ability to provide exemplary customer service.
• Experience managing contractors and building works.
• Awareness of fire, health & safety, and security procedures.
• Professional handling of confidential information.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position with a rotating 4‑on/4‑off schedule (07:30‑19:30).
• Annual salary of £28,763 (£13.17 per hour).
