Day Concierge – Residential Development

About the role

The Day Concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors in a high‑end residential development in South East London. Working a 4‑on/4‑off shift from 8 am to 8 pm, you will ensure a welcoming, secure and smoothly running environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet residents professionally.
• Anticipate resident needs and act as an ambassador for the development.
• Verify visitors, suppliers and contractors; manage elevator access and conduct security checks.
• Perform regular building inspections, log maintenance issues and keep communal areas clean and presentable.
• Report incidents, problems or complaints promptly to management.
• Handle resident concerns, follow‑up on complaints and complete operational reports.
• Assist with move‑ins and move‑outs, and maintain external areas including litter picking.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential concierge or 5‑star hotel environments.
• Reliable, punctual and immaculate presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate initiative.
• Willingness to undergo full vetting checks and provide solid references.
