Day Concierge – Residential Luxury Service

About the role

We are seeking a professional Day Concierge to join a prestigious residential scheme in SE1, London. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering a high‑standard, personalised service throughout the day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors warmly at the Concierge Desk and lobby.
• Anticipate and fulfil resident requests such as refreshments, table clearing, movie screenings, printing and other bespoke services.
• Maintain accurate logs of resident and visitor activity.
• Ensure the lobby and building are kept immaculate and meet service level standards.
• Motivate and develop the Concierge team to meet current and future resident needs.
• Engage regularly with building management and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in residential or luxury hotel environments.
• Strong ability to deliver personalised, high‑quality service.
• Professional, organised and capable of handling a variety of requests.
• Team player with ownership and responsibility mindset.

• Competitive salary of £31,000‑£32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
