Day-Shift Care Assistant – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our residential care home in Brigg on day‑shift hours. You will support 39 residents, including those with dementia, delivering personal care and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing and feeding.
• Assist residents with daily activities while respecting choice, dignity and privacy.
• Complete Daily Charts accurately, aiming for 90 %+ compliance in monthly audits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date mandatory training throughout the year.
• Support the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents.

Required profile

• Motivated with relevant experience or clear caring intentions.
• Reside within 20 minutes of the home.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Ability to follow care procedures and documentation standards.
