About the role
We are seeking a reliable Day Shift Loading Shovel Driver to join our client’s waste‑management operation in Aylesford. The role is full‑time, working a 4‑on/4‑off pattern from 07:00 to 19:00, with the possibility of overtime.
Key responsibilities
- Load material into processing systems according to instructions.
- Sort material as directed and keep product bays organised.
- Perform equipment checks and routine maintenance when qualified.
- Wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
- Maintain a tidy work area and adhere to health and safety policies.
Required profile
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- Willingness to work the specified shift pattern.
- Physical fitness to handle loading tasks.
Required skills
- Operation of loading shovel machinery.
