About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic daytime chefs to work across several venues in the Swindon area. The role focuses on fresh, scratch‑prepared food and seasonal menus, with shifts during the day and mandatory weekend availability.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes from raw ingredients following seasonal menus.
- Run a designated section of the kitchen efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service during busy weekend periods.
Required profile
- Solid experience as a chef in a reputable kitchen.
- Comfortable managing a kitchen section.
- Full UK driving licence and own car for travel between venues.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
