About the role
As a DB Pensions Administrator you will join a specialist pensions administration team delivering service to members and clients of multiple Defined Benefit schemes. You will handle both routine and complex documentation while responding to enquiries by phone and email.
Key responsibilities
- Process routine and non‑routine pension documentation in line with defined procedures.
- Resolve member and client enquiries, both oral and written.
- Draft non‑standard correspondence in response to customer queries.
- Input and maintain accurate customer details in the system.
- Collate, analyse and report on pension data as required.
Required profile
- Recent experience working with occupational pension schemes, preferably within a consulting or third‑party administrator environment.
- Progress towards recognised pensions industry qualifications (e.g., QPA) is advantageous.
