Deburrer – Production Operative in Aerospace Manufacturing

About the role

Acorn by Synergie is seeking motivated Deburrers to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in South Molton. The role involves removing burrs and imperfections from precision‑engineered components, ensuring each part meets strict aerospace standards.

Key responsibilities

• Remove rough edges, burrs, and imperfections from aerospace components using hand tools and specialist equipment.
• Carry out quality inspections and verify that finished parts conform to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area while following health‑and‑safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and shift schedules.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality output.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform precise finishing tasks.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow written instructions.
• Previous experience in deburring, manufacturing, production, engineering or assembly is beneficial but not mandatory.
