About the role
Caredig, a registered social landlord based in Swansea, is seeking a Decarbonisation Manager to lead its low‑carbon transformation. This permanent, hybrid position works 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and offers a salary of £49,163 per year.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions across Caredig’s housing portfolio.
- Lead innovative projects that improve sustainability for residents and local communities.
- Shape organisational policy on climate action and influence change across departments.
- Monitor, report and evaluate environmental performance against targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in decarbonisation, sustainability or related environmental fields.
- Forward‑thinking mindset with the ability to drive change.
- Full UK driving licence is mandatory.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
