Delegated Authority & Insurance Operations Analyst (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delegated Authority and Insurance Operations Analyst on a fixed‑term basis to support a growing London Market insurance business. The role involves hands‑on administration of delegated authority arrangements, binders and coverholder records, ensuring high‑quality, controlled processes during a period of expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Administer delegated authority and binder arrangements.
• Support onboarding and ongoing servicing of coverholders and related parties.
• Maintain accurate records in Lloyd's and London Market systems.
• Review and validate bordereaux, resolve discrepancies and queries.
• Assist with premium, claims and settlement administration.
• Coordinate documentation, amendments, endorsements and operational updates.
• Act as primary contact for internal teams, market counterparties and external service providers.
• Help maintain strong controls, audit trails and governance across delegated authority processes.
• Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency as volumes grow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in broker administration, delegated authority operations, binder administration or a similar London Market role.
• Good understanding of delegated authority processes, bordereaux and market documentation.
• Strong accuracy, organisational and data‑handling skills.
• Confident stakeholder management across the market.
• Practical, proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work independently while supporting a growing team.
