Delivery Driver (18T) – 45 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver with a Cat C/18T licence to join Booker’s local delivery team. Working 45 hours per week on an “Any 5 from 7” schedule, you will make regular trips to supply independent retailers and caterers with food and drink products.

Key responsibilities

• Load stock at the branch and deliver it to customer premises across the local area.
• Unload deliveries and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, building strong relationships with regular clients.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and company delivery procedures.

Required profile

• Valid Cat C/18T driving licence.
• Minimum two years’ experience driving, preferably in delivery.
• Ability to perform manual handling of goods.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in operating a delivery vehicle with an 18‑tonne capacity.
