About the role

Join Ocado Logistics as a Delivery Driver based in Luton, delivering quality groceries to customers across North London. You’ll spend your days on the road, using automated route planning to ensure timely, efficient service while enjoying the freedom of the open road.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver orders to a wide range of North London locations, adhering to scheduled time windows.
• Navigate high‑density traffic, urban road layouts and frequent stop‑start conditions safely.
• Use Ocado’s automated technology to follow pre‑planned routes and load your van efficiently.
• Work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends and weekdays as required.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on each delivery.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence and confidence driving in busy urban traffic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn – no prior experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to safety and punctuality.
