Delivery Manager

About the role

Version 1 Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large, complex, multi‑workstream cloud transformation programmes for its AWS Professional Services practice. You will be the Agile champion, establishing scaled frameworks and guiding teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) for multi‑workstream engagements.
• Run programme‑level ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning and increment reviews.
• Coach Engagement Managers and team leads on advanced Agile facilitation techniques.
• Analyse velocity, predictability and flow‑efficiency metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage dependencies and integration planning across workstreams.
• Establish Agile Centres of Excellence and define best‑practice guidelines for AWS delivery.
• Rescue distressed programmes by restructuring Agile practices and team dynamics.
• Own large transformational engagements, shaping delivery strategies using Agile, SAFe, DevOps and Cloud adoption methods.

Required profile

• Seasoned Agile leader with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale cloud transformation programmes.
• Strategic thinker capable of influencing senior executives and shaping delivery road‑maps.
• Strong mentorship skills, able to guide and develop high‑performing teams.
• Experience working with AWS Professional Services or similar cloud environments.
