Delivery Manager – Spanish Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who speaks Spanish to join our Delivery Office within Tech, Data & AI. You will lead technology and business change initiatives that impact millions of Avios members worldwide, working closely with product, engineering, commercial and other cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own multiple technology and business change projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop delivery plans, coordinate activities, manage dependencies and remove barriers.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate governance meetings and keep teams aligned.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering teams and third‑party suppliers using Agile and traditional delivery methods.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology and business change projects end‑to‑end.
• Ability to manage several concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities.
• Strong project planning and delivery management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
