Delivery Station Supervisor – Bristol

About the role

Join a fast‑paced e‑commerce warehouse in Bristol as a Delivery Station Supervisor. You will lead a team that processes inbound parcels, sorts them, and prepares outbound deliveries, ensuring speed, accuracy and safety. The role offers a clear pathway to permanent employment after a successful 12‑week temporary period.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, sorting and outbound operations.
• Lead and allocate tasks to a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Monitor productivity and adjust resources based on real‑time volume data.
• Maintain key performance indicators such as on‑time dispatch and error rates.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with transport partners to resolve delivery issues.
• Produce shift reports and escalate any operational risks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, delivery or logistics environment.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheet use.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.92‑£17.32.
• Shift patterns: early (06:00‑15:00) or late (13:00‑22:00), five days a week.
