Delivery Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Night‑time Transport Supervisor to lead a busy delivery operation in Liverpool. You will be accountable for the efficient running of the department, ensuring targets are met and customers receive a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery department complies with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate important management information to all team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report health & safety concerns.
• Promote the brand through excellent product knowledge and customer service.
• Support the delivery manager to keep all vehicles roadworthy and legally compliant.
• Supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of drivers and pickers.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
