Delivery Supervisor (Part‑time)

About the role

The Delivery Supervisor will work on‑site in a busy retail environment, overseeing the receipt and presentation of stock. This part‑time, flexible role involves leading a small delivery team to ensure the store is consistently well‑stocked and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the delivery team during unloading, checking and stocking of merchandise.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and product placement.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to meet daily stock targets.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed during deliveries.
• Report any stock discrepancies or issues to management promptly.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong interest in developing leadership and coaching skills.
• Passion for the products sold and a customer‑focused mindset.
