Delivery Supervisor – Twilight Shift

About the role

This full‑time, twilight‑shift position (Sunday‑Thursday, 2 pm‑10:30 pm) is based in Glasgow and involves overseeing a busy delivery operation. You will lead a team of drivers and pickers, ensuring safe, efficient service and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the Delivered Department complies with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate important management information to all team members.
• Supervise a safe working environment and report health & safety concerns.
• Promote the brand through excellent product knowledge and customer service.
• Support the Delivery Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
• Motivate drivers and pickers to meet daily targets.
• Handle telephone enquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong telephone and customer service abilities.
• Proven capability to lead and motivate a delivery team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to health & safety standards.
