Demand Planner – FMCG

About the role
We are looking for a Demand Planner to join a fast‑growing food business in Surrey. The role is office‑based, full‑time and will focus on forecasting demand across the FMCG supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to optimise stock levels and service performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Logistics to align supply with customer demand.
- Monitor inventory, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse supply‑chain data and present insights to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives across the supply‑chain function.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a food supply‑chain environment (manufacturing, distribution or FMCG).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, office‑based setting.
