Demand Planner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join a growing food‑sector business. The role is office‑based in Surrey and focuses on creating accurate forecasts to support the end‑to‑end supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts to optimise stock levels and service performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Logistics to align supply with customer demand.
• Monitor inventory, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse supply chain data and present insights to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a food supply chain environment.
• Strong demand planning and forecasting background.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, office‑based setting.
