Depot Supervisor

Ready to step up from Transport Admin into a more hands‑on operational role? AO.com is looking for a Depot Supervisor who is organised, proactive and not afraid to get stuck in. You will keep our fleet safe, compliant and ready to deliver the high‑quality service the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, compliant and delivery‑ready fleet through daily vehicle checks and maintenance coordination.
• Support drivers and crews, resolve issues quickly and keep operations moving smoothly.
• Manage compliance documentation and arrange timely vehicle servicing.
• Onboard new starters and foster a positive, safety‑focused depot culture.
• Act as a pivotal link between the depot and wider logistics operations.

Required profile

• Experience in a Transport Admin, Transport Coordinator or logistics role.
• Motivation to progress to a supervisory position.
• Hands‑on approach with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Confident communication with drivers, crews and contractors.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and safe loading practices.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (a plus).
• Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
